The Grounded Queen
Are you like me and have your mind racing at what feels like a million miles per hour? Or have sensory sensitivity, so loud and crowded rooms trigger your anxiety?
I could list so many examples of times we haven’t felt grounded or are trapped in our mind. Thats why I created the “The Grounded Queen”.
Having ADHD or anxiety can be extremely overwhelming and exhausting. It’s easier said then done to say don’t let people or situations take your power, but the reality we heal, we are always finding triggered and learning how to better manage our emotions to where some day those similar people or things no longer have control over us.
In my experience, theres different types of grounding energy, this pendant is a much softer grounded to where it feels your gently deflating and coming back to the present. Gentle and cloud like.
The best part about this locket is IT OPENS! so you can smell the Lavender to inhale the calm and tranquility and Rosemary to protect you from your mind and bring you to the present. The Black Tourmaline chips are the most grounding chips in all of the black stones, in my personal opinion. And the Smokey Quartz will start converting that anxiety into peace.
